How it works
Our approach is built around structure, discipline and perspective.
- Step 1: Submit an enquiry
The first step is to express interest by submitting your details. This allows a member of our team to understand your enquiry and provide general information about current or upcoming opportunities.
At this stage, the purpose is not to rush an application. It is to open a conversation.
- Step 2: Initial contact
A member of our team will be in touch to provide an overview and answer initial questions. This may include broad information about the nature of the opportunity, the role of the PDS, and what to expect if you wish to review further.
This stage should feel informative, not pressured.
- Step 3: Receive relevant information
Where applicable, you will be provided with relevant documentation, including the Product Disclosure Statement and any supplementary information that may help you understand the opportunity.
Competitor fund processes commonly place the PDS at this stage and make it central to the application path. That is the right sequence: information first, decision second.
- Step 4: Review and consider
You should take time to review the material carefully. This includes understanding the investment objective, structure, risks, fees, liquidity conditions, and any other key information contained in the documentation.
A serious investment decision deserves time and attention
- Step 5: Seek independent advice
Before making any investment decision, you should consider whether the opportunity is appropriate for your own objectives, financial situation and needs. Independent financial, legal or tax advice may be appropriate.
This is also a recurring theme across current PDS language from market participants: the investor must take responsibility for their own decision and should consider obtaining independent advice.
- Step 6: Proceed if appropriate
If, after reviewing the documents and your own position, you decide the opportunity is appropriate, you can proceed with the application process in accordance with the relevant product requirements.
What you can expect from us
You can expect clear communication, access to the relevant documentation, and a process that supports informed decision-making rather than pressure. That matters, because the best investor experiences are not built around urgency. They are built around confidence.
